How You Will Make an Impact?
Based out of our corporate headquarters, the Director of Marketing and Product Management drives the progression of new business. This position is responsible for overseeing, developing and employing the Product Marketing and Communications and Product Development strategies and initiatives that will profitably increase revenue and market share.

Required Credentials
- Master's degree - MBA preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of product development / marketing experience within transportation industry (preferred, but not required)
- 5 years of prior experience in product management
- Demonstrated expertise in business planning
- Demonstrated track record of development and execution of creative, innovative marketing and sales strategies to meet both long and short-term objectives
- Experience driving significant revenue and profit with a small team of marketing specialists
- Ability to work within a limited budget and ability to pivot quickly
- Powerful presentation abilities
- Experience with digital marketing, business strategy and analytics
- Experience with successful commercialization of new products
- Demonstrated strength in conceptual strategy and execution while still maintaining a roll-up-your-sleeves management style
- Experience leading and influencing across diverse groups, communicating goals, plans and strategy across all channels
- Extensive experience in market and channel analysis to drive decisions and measure performance
You Must Be Able to
Working in an office environment in a seated position a minimum of eight hours per day is required. Individuals may need to sit or stand as needed. May require walking primarily on a level surface for periodic periods throughout the day. Reaching above shoulder heights, below the waist or lifting as required to file documents or store materials throughout the workday. Proper lifting techniques required. May include lifting up to 25 pounds for files, computer printouts on occasion.
The performance of this position may occasionally require exposure to the manufacturing areas where under certain areas require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses with side shields and mandatory hearing protection. Primary environment: ambient room temperatures, lighting and traditional office equipment as found in a typical office environment.
