About the Job
First point of contact with our company. Answer and direct phone calls, greet guests, serve coffee, tea, sodas and cookies. Responsible for opening office and minor cleaning / tidying (we have office cleaners for the big stuff).
Responsibilities
It would be very important that you like and get along well with people over 50. Our clients range from their 30s to their 90s, but many are seniors.
A pleasant demeanor is essential. Friendliness and a smile are required!
Qualifications
You must be able to type. Speed is less important. We use proprietary software, so there would be a learning curve.
You would need to document interactions and be able to move from conversation to conversation with ease, including answering and directing phone calls. There will be training to prepare you.
