About Kuvare
This position will deepen our relationships with financial institutions to promote and distribute our products and services. The successful candidate will accelerate the launch-to-sale timeline of new relationships, manage relationships with regional leadership (Bank Program Managers, Sales Managers, etc.) at Financial Institutions, facilitate onboarding processes of new Financial Institutions, and be focused on overall growth of assigned accounts. The individual collaborates and partners with the Kuvare Sales and Sales Support Teams as well as other home office staff at all levels of the company and across all functions.
Duties and Responsibilities Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Accelerate New Partner Approval-to-Premium Launch
- Facilitate the onboarding process of newly recruited institutions in partnership with other company responsible parties (selling agreements, suitability, contracting, etc.).
- Analyze Financial Institution Advisor production reports to create a target list of key wholesaling opportunities (i.e., identify highest priority producers to focus wholesaling efforts)
- Distribute initial advisor information to related Kuvare teams for Licensing & Appointments as well as CRM system uploads.
- Coordinate Program Launch – develop marketing and launch plans with all financial institution partners including, facilitating warm introductions between Financial Institution influencers and Kuvare wholesaling team members, email announcements, webinar scheduling and introductory group meetings.
Deliver Increased Exposure to Financial Advisors for the Financial Institution Sales Team
- Build Financial Institution relationships at the Regional/Program Manager level to create group meeting and webinar opportunities with Financial Institution Advisors.
- Increase awareness of Kuvare products at the Regional/Program Manager inside Financial Institutions.
- Work in partnership with VP – FI Channel Director to determine and execute the most effective way to identify and achieve sales goals.
- Coordinate targeted sales/marketing initiatives with Financial Institution and Kuvare partners leveraging input and participation from VP – FI Channel Director.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitor products and offerings, demonstrating the ability to communicate United Life competitive advantages and overcome distributor objectives regarding competitive positioning of product.
Coordinate Ongoing KPI Reporting to Financial Institutions
- Prepare Quarterly/Monthly Reporting to Financial Institution Partners highlighting ongoing production, goal tracking & Kuvare support activity. (Leveraging our CRM and BI Dashboard)
- Interpret marketing and sales reports, incorporating reported results into new solutions and processes to improve account performance.
- Participate in Annual Partnership Planning & Quarterly Progress Updates
- Develop and execute formal written annual marketing plans with Financial Institution partners leveraging input and participation from VP – FI Channel Director.
- Schedule and lead monthly meetings with Financial Institution partners to review progress and make plan adjustments as appropriate
- Drive Access to group of Advisors (Regional meetings/Webinars/Calls)
- Coordinate Marketing & Sales Initiative calendar
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitor products and offerings, demonstrating the ability to communicate Kuvare competitive advantages and overcome distributor objectives regarding competitive positioning of products
Additional Roles & Responsibilities
- Track activities and field interactions in company CRM.

Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent discipline preferred
- Life Insurance license.
- 5+ years of experience in annuity/life insurance sales and/or marketing.
- 3+ years of experience in bank and/or broker-dealer environment

- Ability to work effectively with several departments within financial institutions (sales, product, operations, technology, etc.)

- Working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with sales CRM software.
Physical Demands
