Our streamlined design process ensures efficiency without compromising on quality, enabling us to consistently deliver innovative and functional interiors that inspire and elevate.We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Director of Interiors to lead this opportunity, driving growth, innovation, and excellence in New York. The Director of Interiors will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction and success of the Interiors Division.This position requires a forward-thinking leader with a strong background in architecture and strategic management. We hire the best and the brightest from across the country – constructing a team of experts in architecture, design, engineering, project management, and business services. A DAY IN THE LIFE:- Leadership & Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan for aligning with the overall vision and goals of the firm.- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential partnerships, collaborations, and client engagements.- Project Oversight: Oversee key projects within the division, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.- Team Management: Build, mentor, and lead a dynamic team of architects, designers, and project managers. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.- Client Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring the division’s services exceed their expectations.- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies. Utilize this knowledge to guide the division’s growth and adaptability.- Financial Management: Manage the division’s budget, ensuring financial targets are met and resources are allocated efficiently.- Brand Development: Collaborate with marketing to enhance the division’s brand identity and presence in the market.NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Interior Architecture or a related field, plus 7+ years of relevant experience - Proven experience in business development, client relations, and presentations.- Strong understanding and experience in corporate interiors and managing national accounts - Previous management experience, along with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.- Licensed Architect preferred.MAKE YOUR MOVE : At OneFourTwo, we believe that every structure has a unique story to tell.
