About this role:We are looking for a strategic and experienced HR Director to lead our human resources function and align HR initiatives with our business goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR leadership, a deep understanding of the technology sector, and the ability to cultivate a high-performance culture.
Responsibilities- Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives, partnering with executive leadership to drive these initiatives.
- Talent Management
- Oversee talent acquisition, retention, and development strategies, ensuring top talent is attracted and retained. Implement performance management systems that promote employee growth and accountability.
- Employee Engagement & Culture
- Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture through engagement initiatives, employee feedback, and organizational development, prioritizing diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Policy Development & Compliance
- Design, review, and implement HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and best practices. Ensure compliance with labor laws at local, state, and federal levels.
- Compensation & Benefits
- Manage payroll and oversee the development of competitive compensation and benefits programs. Conduct market analysis to ensure equitable pay practices and employee satisfaction.
- Training & Development
- Identify organizational training needs and implement professional development programs that promote continuous learning and career advancement.
- Data-Driven HR
- Utilize HR analytics to measure the effectiveness of initiatives, driving data-informed decisions. Prepare and present HR metrics and reports to executive leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
- Experience with Rippling
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least three years in a leadership role, preferably in the technology sector.
- Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and drive organizational change while rolling up sleeves and juggling priorities in a rapidly changing environment.
