The Director of Growth Strategies will be responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies to drive growth and expansion for the entire company. This role requires a forward-thinking leader with a deep understanding of the construction industry, market trends, and customer needs. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of successfully leading growth initiatives and fostering collaborations to achieve organizational goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies that align with the overall objectives of the company.

• Continual training and strategy/tactics around how everybody is a part of the sales process to grow people inside the company on supporting BD efforts
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and project management, to execute growth initiatives effectively.
• Oversee and lead Marketing and Project Development Staff.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with clients, industry stakeholders, and other organizations to enhance market presence and reputation.
• Drive business development efforts, including identifying and pursuing new project opportunities and clients.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of growth initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
• Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Present growth strategies and performance reports to executive leadership and stakeholders
• Core Industries: Healthcare, Science/Tech, Higher Ed, Municipal, K-12, Industrial, Corporate/Commercial, Food/Beverage
• Other job-related duties may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, construction management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, growth strategy, or a leadership role within the construction industry or comparable experience.
• Proven track record of successfully driving growth initiatives and achieving measurable results.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, project management, and industry standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
