Director of Finance - Ledgent Finance & Accounting

A law firm based in Century City is looking for an accomplished Director of Finance to join their team in the new year.

The Director of Finance will serve as the senior-most financial executive in the Firm and a proactive and integral part of the Firm's leadership team. They will originate, implement, and manage the most efficient, forward-thinking operations of the Firm from both a detailed understanding of the data to the overall strategy and "big picture" of the Firm's financial health and overall success.

Details:

• Direct hire
• Salary $200,000 - $250,000 based on experience
• Hybrid: 2 days remote per week

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree is required
• 10+ years of leadership in law firm financial management
• Must have come from a firm with a similar Client Billable business model: formula with billables, equity partner draws, rack rates, etc.
• Strong systems and excel skills (formulas, financial modeling)
• Strong communicator needed - this is a very visible position, will be presenting financials often
• Must have a collaborative, team based mentality
• Position will be overseeing 3 staff members
