Director of Drive-Thru
The Director of Drive-Thru is responsible for executing an experience where guests receive a remarkable experience and achieve operational excellence in the area of Drive-Thru by serving guests hot, fresh food surprisingly fast and accurately. The Drive-Thru director should focus on continuous improvements of processes, people, and positive effective communication. This role develops strategies and puts ideas into action that drive the store towards our vision.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and model the vision of CFA 48th & O with drive-thru guests and team members
- Lead IPOS strategies
- Track performance of car counts, order accuracy, speed of service, and check average.
- Continuously coaching team members in operational processes and procedures to ensure operational excellence.
- Ensure DT IPOS equipment is cleaned, organized, operational, and protected daily along with all drive-thru gear by holding all leaders, trainers and team members accountable for meeting standards and expectations.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong people skills with a desire to coach Team Members
- Strong commitment to superior customer service
- Ability to manage Team Member behavioral and performance issues
- Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility
- Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager is not required but is preferred.
Leadership Structure
- The drive-thru director will report to the Sr. Director of FOH
- The drive-thru director will work alongside all other Directors
