About the Role:

One of our top clients is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as Director of Clinical Services. This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing all aspects of clinical operations within our home care agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in home care, a deep understanding of clinical best practices, and a passion for providing high-quality care to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Clinical Leadership:


• Oversee the clinical care provided to all patients, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and standards of care.
• Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular chart audits and performance reviews to ensure quality of care.
• Supervise and mentor a team of clinicians, including Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Home Health Aides (HHAs).
• Participate in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care.


• Business Development:


• Assist with the development and implementation of business strategies to grow the agency.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including private pay and Medicaid clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources.
• Manage the agency's budget and ensure financial viability.


• Regulatory Compliance:


• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including Medicare, Medicaid, and Joint Commission standards.
• Maintain all necessary licenses and certifications.
• Conduct internal audits and implement corrective action plans as needed.


• Other Duties as Assigned:


• Participate in agency committees and meetings.
• Assist with marketing and community outreach efforts.
• Represent the agency at community events.

Qualifications:

• Required:


• Registered Nurse (RN) with an active and unencumbered license in the State of Georgia.
• Significant experience in home care, including experience with private pay clients.
• In-depth knowledge of Medicaid qualifications and regulations.
• Proficiency in pediatric and geriatric care.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.  
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.


• Preferred:


• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Supervisory experience in a home care setting
