Director of Accounts Payable - Longterm Health Management Services

Company searching for a Director of Accounts Payable due to an internal promotion.  Here are the high-level details:

1. They want this new position to be in-office in their Park Ridge, IL office
2. Supervise 2.5 FTE’s (1 in-office, 1.5 remote)
3. Must have hands-on, high-volume Accounts Payable processing
4. 5+ years of detailed Accounts Payable experience
5. BILL.com and Sage Intacct experience would be ideal
6. This is a hands-on, “player-coach” type of a role, not just supervision
7. Full cycle AP from vendor set-up, processing invoices and coordinating payments through BILL.com.
8. Good communication skills since this person will interact with every level in the company, discuss issues with vendors, set up utilities on direct debits, banks, etc..
9. Highly organized.
