Director – Construction Services (Mostly Remote)
• Position Type: Full-Time
• Salary Range: $170K–$180K
• Location: Primarily Remote (with occasional travel as needed)

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree (required)
• Licensure: CPA licensure (required)
• Experience: 10+ years of public accounting experience, ideally with a focus on the construction industry
• Technical Skills: Expertise in US GAAP, GAAS, and SSARS
• Software Proficiency: Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with ProSystem fx Engagement and CCH Tax is a plus

Responsibilities:

As a Construction Director, you will play a critical role in leading engagements and nurturing client relationships. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading assurance and tax engagements for construction clients, from planning to final delivery, ensuring all work is completed accurately and on time
• Serving as the primary relationship manager, understanding and addressing the unique needs of construction clients
• Mentoring and developing a team of staff, helping them grow professionally while fostering a collaborative and supportive environment
• Supporting firm-wide initiatives, including business development, marketing, and outreach to strengthen our position in the construction sector
