Job DescriptionThe Director, New Products Portfolio Strategy, is a critical role to continue to transition our company and ramp up new oncology assets.
The Director leads or supports various strategic and operational initiatives.
This role reports directly to the Vice President, Oncology New Products.Key Responsibilities:Operationalize the global-regional-local engine and manage Program Manager contractorMonitor and update approaches for Global Commercial Team meetings; tracking and ensuring consistency across new productsCo-chair monthly pan-asset forumSupport New Product Exchange Forum agenda and managing evolutionOrganize bi-annual senior leader reviews and new products education sessions to enhance excitement and efficiencyFilter/triage requests for global teamsEnsure coordination and synthesize with other workstreams impacting new asset planningEnhance collaboration & excellence:Support Global marketing transition by maintaining & pulling through Global Oncology Roles & ResponsibilitiesEmbed best practices and ensure HH-wide updates occurSupport forecasting guidance updatesEnhance New Products Oncology team decision making and cultureOptimize Quarterly Business Review process, objectives, and embedding key initiativesProactive new products senior level review planningLead budgeting process, support extended team meetings, and enhance cultureEnterprise Impact: Be a change agent who supports and leads cross-divisional projects and embeds growth mindset.Leadership Characteristics:Tenacious, energetic leader who motivates othersPossess high integrity and exceptional work ethicStrategic ability to define a clear path in complex environment, overcoming ambiguity, and utilizing strong analytical skills, to deliver business solutionsContinuous improvement mindsetCoalition builder who builds high trust teamsImpactful executive presence and ability to influenceEducation: MBA or advanced Degree preferredRequired Experience and Skills:5+ years of experience in marketing in pharmaceutical/biotech industryProduct Launch experience preferredUnderstanding of the Global Oncology space preferred with demonstrated ability to learn and master diverse therapeutic areas and complex business environmentsCurrent understanding of pharma promotional compliance, laws, and regulationsCurrent Employees apply HERECurrent Contingent Workers apply HEREUS and Puerto Rico Residents Only:Our company is committed to inclusion, ensuring that candidates can engage in a hiring process that exhibits their true capabilities.

Hybrid Work ModelEffective September 5, 2023, employees in office-based positions in the U.S.
