Job Title: Food Service Manager

Responsibilities:

Provide staff management including hiring, development, training, and performance management.

Ensure effective communication to maintain efficient department operations.

Direct, plan, and participate in food preparation within the facility.

Understand policies and their impact on food service operations.

Monitor food quality and safety standards.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in food service management.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Knowledge of food safety regulations.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
