Director, Disbursements - HCTHealthcare

HCT seeks an experienced financial leader to serve as the Interim Director of Disbursements for a 500+ bed hospital in Illinois.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Direction and oversight of the full-cycle Accounts Payable and Payroll daily operations, including providing support, training, mentorship and development, as well as developing and implementing policies and procedures including process design, operating procedures, and training materials.
• Providing strategic leadership for days payable outstanding (DPO) management and reporting, building KPI metrics for accounts payable, payroll and employee expense reimbursement functions, and assisting with preparation of the accounting close process and related reporting deliverables, including proposing journal entries and reviewing reconciliations. 

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree required in Accounting/Finance/Business or related field. MBA Preferred. 
• Experience: 10 years of accounts payable and/or payroll experience required & minimum of 5 years of management experience required within a hospital setting.
• Certifications: CPA/CPP preferred or equivalent relevant experience. 
• Computer Skills: Epic, Infor Lawson, ServiceNow

Expenses covered while on assignment include housing, airfare, and rental car.
