ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the planning and execution of digital media strategies, that drive awareness and engagement, including SEO/SEM, display advertising, social media marketing and email marketing to achieve campaign objectives and to maximize ROI
- Leverage existing and new digital channels such as paid media, web, email, webinars, CTV,SEO, retargeting, content syndication, and third-party partnerships, AI technologies and platforms
- Drive digital testing strategies
- Lead reporting and analytics for WSA’s digital marketing efforts. Deliver campaign performance reports to stakeholders.
- Track and monitor campaign performance using AI analytics to refine strategies and enhance ROI.
- Develop and oversee AI-driven marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Provide guidance on integrating AI in lead generation, campaign management, and content strategy.
- Stay updated on AI and digital marketing trends to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies into marketing initiatives.
- Formulate, execute, and oversee comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, foster engagement, and drive lead generation across all digital platforms, including websites, social media, and paid advertising
- Leverage AI tools and technologies to optimize digital campaigns and automate marketing workflows
- Partner with external agencies and in-house creative teams to develop high impact digital campaigns. Manage and evaluate agency performance to ensure alignment with business goals and brand standards.
- Collaborate across brands and business units
- Partner closely with global to execute and implement global initiatives
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Comfortable operating in a matrix organization, with global and local stakeholders.
- Deep experience in digital B2B and B2C marketing strategies.
- Experience with lead generation, developing digital initiatives collaborating across marketing, sales, product management to deepen relationships with existing customers, attract new customers, convert prospects.
- Ability to lead all digital marketing initiatives from campaign ideation to execution, measurement and optimization and ensuring all digital efforts are integrated with relevant company functions to achieve company objectives.
- Experience using AI to increase performance, use of AI to create and distribute content
