NinjaOne is growing, and we’re looking for a dynamic Director of Americas Regional Partner Marketing to lead our high-growth team and exceed pipeline goals! In this pivotal role, you’ll drive our brand’s growth and market presence through innovative, strategic marketing initiatives. You’ll partner with sales, sales development, and cross-functional marketing teams to create impactful programs that fuel pipeline, elevate thought leadership, and increase brand awareness. You’ll also play a key role in scaling our partner marketing efforts, helping to elevate NinjaOne’s presence across our ecosystem.
Location - We are flexible on remote working from home, if you are located in the USA and reside in one of the following states - CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, *IL, KS, ME, MA, NJ, NC, OR, TX, or VA. Preference/Priority will be given to candidates based in Austin, TX or those willing to relocate unassisted.
What You’ll be Doing
Partner closely with sales and channel sales teams to develop a holistic marketing strategy aligned with pipeline goals and business objectives, incorporating direct, face-to-face, virtual, and partner marketing activations. Examples include regional roadshow series, luxury events, regional sponsorships and industry marketing initiatives.
Lead by example as a player-coach, sharing best practices, driving process improvements, and cultivating a best-in-class marketing team.
Transform NinjaOne into a more data-driven marketing organization, focusing on return on investment (ROI) and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide decision-making and resource allocation.
Lead, optimize and scale demand generation efforts to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in program execution and budget management.
Focus on curating high-quality, memorable experiences that generate net-new pipeline and amplify brand presence in the Americas.
Collaborate with top strategic partners to build and execute joint marketing plans that showcase our shared value proposition.
Drive cohesive communications to partners as well as internal sellers, keeping them informed, engaged, and aligned with NinjaOne’s initiatives.
Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and technology partners, ensuring timely, high-quality execution of marketing programs.
Foster a culture of continuous testing and optimization to drive performance improvements and maximize ROI, providing proactive updates to leadership on program status and results.
Oversee the Americas Regional and Partner Marketing budgets, ensuring strategic planning and execution are aligned to maximize impact and ROI.
Other duties as needed
About You
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in SaaS/software marketing, with at least 2 years in a management role focusing on growth, demand generation, customer marketing, or executive programs.
Deep understanding of the B2B buyer’s journey, with the ability to build scalable models for both enterprise and mid-market/SMB segments within SaaS.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in fast-paced environments, driving measurable outcomes.
Focused on growth—new logos, pipeline optimization, and revenue generation, with a strong emphasis on ROI and data-driven decisions.
Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and lead a team to excellence.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and translating complex data into actionable insights.
Executive presence, with the ability to listen, respond, and engage partners, internal stakeholders, and customers effectively.
Creative problem-solving abilities, with a proactive, action-oriented approach to overcoming challenges and seizing opportunities.
Proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, and other analytics platforms, with the ability to independently pull reports and analyze data.
Strong presentation skills, with experience delivering compelling presentations to executives and partners.

This position is NOT eligible for Visa sponsorship.
*Due to operational policies, NinjaOne is unable to hire for this role within the city limits of Chicago. We will consider all qualified candidates who reside outside of the city proper or are willing to self-relocate.
Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to location, market demands, experience, job-related knowledge, and skills. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage and PTO. For roles based in California or Colorado, the base salary hiring range for this position is $150,000 to $180,000 per year.
