The Direct/Outside Sales Representative is responsible for increasing the number of active paid residential customers within a market through door-to-door sales interactions. This role primarily sells to residential homes. You will be working outdoors canvasing neighborhoods to achieve sales goals. You will work closely with your team leader and team members building strong relationships within the neighborhoods and identifying opportunities to improve sales techniques.

In this role, you'll:
- Drive sales growth: Achieve your sales performance targets for your allocated area/neighborhoods.
- Build strong relationships: Engage with potential customers & homeowners to position ZoomOnline’s fiber internet packages ahead of the competition.
- Promote our values: Champion ZoomOnline’s commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate and innovate: Work closely with our amazing team and collaborate on winning strategies for customer success.
At a minimum we'd like you to have:
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and a good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to exert yourself physically over extended periods of time, including frequent bending, kneeling and climbing stairs.
- Background check, MVR, and drug test required
It's preferred if you have:
- Experience in sales, account management or customer service.
- Experience in the ISP or telecom industry.
- Proficiency in SalesForce or other industry leading lead (CRM)management software.
- Proven track record of strong work ethic, ability to navigate ambiguity, and solid communication skills.
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
