As a Digital Production Manager, you will support multiple business units by enabling meaningful, data-driven interactions with customers. This role will focus on managing and enhancing the Marketo Marketing Platform, ensuring effective integrations and delivering high-quality communication solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as product lead for platform enhancements, integrations, and development activities.
- Provide day-to-day production support for the Marketo platform and integrated systems.
- Gather and document input from users and stakeholders for platform enhancements and future changes.
- Support integration efforts between Marketo and Salesforce, as well as other third-party applications.
- Develop and maintain complex communication templates, ensuring alignment with business rules and requirements.
- Define and implement solutions for multichannel communication delivery methods.
- Oversee platform administration, including monitoring performance, resolving issues, and improving functionality.
- Ensure platforms align with current communication strategies while identifying opportunities for growth.
- Lead the development of business process requirements, use cases, and business rules.
- Collaborate with internal business partners and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:
- Experience managing and supporting Marketo or similar automated marketing platforms.
- Proven knowledge of platform integrations, including Salesforce and other third-party applications.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and building communication templates.
- Demonstrated experience with API connections and Marketo webhooks.
- Success in managing cross-functional platforms with rapid release cycles.
- Ability to gather and document requirements, develop use cases, and define business processes.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience influencing stakeholders and delivering client-focused solutions.
- Marketo Certification or equivalent certification in a similar platform preferred.
Desired Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience working in financial services or other regulated industries.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and basic design concepts.
- Experience in reporting and analytics tools like Tableau.
- Familiarity with integration and workflow tools such as Alteryx, Talend, or Workato.
- Strong adaptability to ambiguity and changing business priorities.
