Digital Marketing Manager at AGSE

Job Summary:

The digital marketing manager will develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including but not limited to website, social media, and e-blast content; planning, implementing, and optimizing communications to maximize ROI while clarifying KPIs; using analytics tools to measure and report on campaigns (and online program performances); research and track trends and competitive behaviors, and collaborating cross-functionallyto recommend new strategies and techniques.

Qualifications

• Digital/Online and social media marketing expertise
• Ability to analyze marketing KPIs
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong copywriting and project management capabilities
• Proficiency in design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
• Background in creating and implementing effective email marketing campaigns
• Hands-on approach to work
• Self-motivated and takes initiative
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Minimum (2) years of relevant digital/online B2B marketing experience
• Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

• Will handle day-to-day tasks related to website maintenance and social media marketing, communication, content creation, marketing analytics, and digital marketing strategies
• Offer content creation, including photography and videography, and set up efficient promotions targeting potential customers
• The ideal candidate will develop and deliver successful, long-term, and analytic-driven digital marketing strategies that align with company goals
• Full-time on-site role
