What We Are Looking For:
The Digital Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting digital marketing initiatives to enhance online presence, generate leads, and drive both B2B and DTC growth. Collaborating closely with the Marketing and Sales team, this role focuses on creating and delivering tailored marketing materials and campaigns for B2B customers, ensuring alignment with sales goals and client needs. The Digital Marketing Coordinator develops and executes strategies to drive direct-to-consumer (DTC) growth through content creation, social media management, paid advertising, and SEO optimization. By balancing B2B deliverables and DTC initiatives, the role ensures cohesive messaging, measurable results, and business growth across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and optimize content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms.
- Manage and grow social media accounts, including scheduling and engaging with followers.
- Analyze digital marketing campaign performance and prepare actionable reports.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve website ranking.
- Execute email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation and performance tracking.
- Coordinate with Marketing & Sales team to create marketing collateral.
- Monitor and respond to online reviews, comments, and inquiries.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across search and social media channels.
- Maintain content calendars to ensure consistent messaging across platforms.
- Track website traffic, user engagement, and key performance metrics using Google suite.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
Skills:
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Klaviyo Email Marketing, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Commerce (Magento 2) and WordPress Blog management.
- Knowledge of SEO strategies, including SEO copywriting and Google Search Console optimization.
- Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Merchant Center
- Strong command of META Ads, and META Commerce.
- Skilled in managing and growing Instagram accounts, including content creation and engagement.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and campaign performance metrics.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and marketing automation tools (preferred but not required).
