The Digital Content Producer is responsible for developing photo and video to share the brand story of the University. This position will collaborate with a dynamic University Marketing team on creative storytelling and integrated marketing campaigns that generate results. The Digital Content Producer is responsible for developing photo and video to share the brand story of the University. This position will collaborate with a dynamic University Marketing team on creative storytelling and integrated marketing campaigns that generate results. We seek a visionary digital storyteller with an artistic eye for capturing the moments that showcase Southeast.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop, shoot, and produce photography and video for the University, utilizing creative and artistic skill, and collaborating with the University Marketing team to ensure all content elevates the University brand
- Develop concepts, scripts, and narrative to tell engaging digital stories
- Develop and execute effective video advertising created for a variety of specific platforms
- Coordinate and perform pre-production activities such as scheduling, shot lists, crew assignments, talent acquisition, location scouting, set design, graphics preparation, and rehearsals
- Perform post-production activities, including scene selection, video and photography editing, graphics, special effects, music selection, and preparing media for distribution to the web, radio, TV, and social media
- Capture the moments that communicate our unique story to our audiences through photography.
- Maintain University photo and video archive for ease of access to photos by University community and to ensure adequate quality and quantity of assets for use
- Enthusiastically collaborate with team members to achieve University goals, create effective campaigns, and elevate the SEMO brand
