Responsibilities:- Responsible for screening of all patients admitted to the inpatient units, the processing of patient menus consistent with current nutritional principles which includes menu distribution, processing, and modified menus according to patterns established by the dietitian.
- Set-up trays for patient food service following individual menus.
- Responsible for cleanliness of work area and for safe and sanitary handling of food, equipment, and supplies.
- Will have clerical/administrative, clinical and food prep duties and responsibilities.

Qualifications:Required:
- High School / GED
- Minimum one year related experience, preferably in a hospital or health care setting.
Preferred:
- Food Service Sanitation Certificate.
