Dietary Aide - Avenue at Strongsville

The Avenue at Strongsville is a Post-Hospital Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Care Facility that offers a distinctive environment not commonly found in skilled nursing facilities. From our hotel-like environment to our all-private suites, the Avenue is committed to providing  our residents with not only the best foods possible but Service from a staff that truly cares in every asppect.

Responsibilities may include:

· Serving meals for residents based on a planned menu

· Opening/closing the kitchen and turning on/off equipment

· Completing daily cleaning assignments per the cleaning schedule

· Recording refrigeration and freezer temperatures

· Preparing supplements and special items for trays

· Other responsibilities as assigned by the Dietary Manager

· Customer Service skills & the ability to work on a team is a MUST!

· Good reading, reading comprehension and writing skills are necessary.
