Job Title: Equipment Rental Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting and renting equipment based on their needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the rental process.
• Maintain knowledge of equipment specifications and rental policies.
• Coordinate equipment delivery and pick-up schedules.
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained and ready for rental.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in equipment rental or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
