Job Summary:
We are a prominent heavy-duty Volvo dealership currently seeking Mobile Service Diesel Technicians. The core responsibility of our diesel technicians is to efficiently repair and maintain diesel engine industrial trucks, adhering to dealership and factory specifications.
Key Responsibilities:

Mobile Service: Travel to clients' locations, including homes, offices, or roadside, for on-the-spot repairs and maintenance within the specified territory.

Diagnosis: Inspect vehicles and use diagnostic tools to identify mechanical, electrical, and other issues.

Repair and Maintenance: Conduct a range of tasks, including engine and transmission repairs, brake system maintenance, oil changes, tire replacements, and more.

Adherence to Safety: Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations, promoting safety for customers and team members.

Customer Service: Offer excellent customer service by explaining repair issues, presenting solutions, and obtaining necessary approvals.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of services provided, including parts used, labor hours, and costs.

Parts Management: Efficiently manage and order necessary parts and materials for repairs.

Equipment Maintenance: Keep tools and equipment in good working condition, reporting issues for prompt resolution.

Continual Learning: Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and trends through training and workshops.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an automotive technician or mechanic.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Strong knowledge of heavy-duty and medium Volvo, Cummings, and Tico engines.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment and parts.
- OEM experience with Volvo, Cummings, and Tico engines.
