We are looking for a passionate and dynamic individual committed to providing exceptional clinical care and advancing resident education in an outpatient-focused role, with minimal inpatient responsibilities. Our division evaluates and treats children with a broad spectrum of developmental and behavioral concerns.

Our division evaluates and treats children with a broad spectrum of developmental and behavioral concerns.

Role Responsibilities

· Provide expert clinical care in an outpatient setting.

· Participate in the education and mentorship of medical students, nurse practitioner students, and pediatric residents.

· Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, audiologists, occupational and physical therapists, speech therapists, social workers, and pediatricians, to support patients and families.

· Mentor junior faculty and providers to foster team development and clinical excellence.

· Engage in quality improvement initiatives and program development.

Qualifications:

· MD, DO or Foreign equivalent

· BC/BE in Pediatrics

· Fellowship Trained - from an ACGME accredited Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics program

· Unrestricted Medical License - Commonwealth of PA
