Development Project Manager - Mister Carwash

What you would do:

• Your job duties/responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

• Work closely with consultants and vendors to solicit, review, and execute contracts in a timely manner

• Evaluate the local code requirements and permitting processes and schedule deadlines accordingly

• Work closely with project designer(s) to ensure project is coordinated with all parties involved

• Coordinate with outside design professionals for engineered drawings and specifications

• Coordinate with vendors for equipment drawings and specifications

• Coordinate with consultants, vendors and AHJ throughout the process to ensure that all matters pertaining to the project and schedule are communicated and addressed in a timely manner

• Work closely with consultants and vendors to coordinate and track project documents

• Prepare applications and associated pre-application documents for submittal to AHJ

• Process and submit construction documents to AHJ as needed for permitting

• Provide weekly project status reports

• Other duties as assigned by the Director

How you will shine:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in architectural or engineering related design or similar field

• Familiarity with construction documents requirements for commercial projects

• Working knowledge of the design and permitting process

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

• Proficiency with Bluebeam

• Proficiency with Abode Acrobat DC

• Proficiency with Microsoft Project or similar project management system a plus

• Proficiency with AutoCAD a plus

• Excellent writing, communication, time management, and interpersonal skills with a high level of attention to detail

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deliverables, and competing timelines

• Hardworking and acts with a sense of urgency to accomplish key objectives

• Willingness to travel as needed

• Car wash experience a plus
