About the Job
Willow Bridge Property Company is looking for an Acquisitions and Development Associate to join our team in Denver, Colorado. The Associate will be responsible for underwriting new target opportunities and processing existing pursuits. The Associate will support the development team with financial analysis of development opportunities, creating pro-forma and financial models, preparing investment memoranda, participating in site due diligence, financing, design and construction oversight. This position interfaces heavily with the Development Senior Vice Presidents, Construction Managers, real estate owners, local market brokers and top Willow Bridge executives, so applicants must have dynamic verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities. Prior multifamily excel modeling experience is required.
Responsibilities:- Perform financial analysis and modeling for prospective development projects.
- Analyze market trends and demographic data to inform project feasibility.
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies for potential projects.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals and presentations.
- Support in tracking timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams to develop project proposals and budgets.
- Support the SVP in business development initiatives.
- Gather and analyze data to inform decision-making.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary.
- Participate in meetings and prepare meeting notes.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the team in due diligence activities for new acquisitions.
- Maintain and update financial databases and tracking systems.
- 4 year degree is preferred
- Strong quantitative background
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to handle large volume of work; good organizational skills and ability to prioritize to meet deadlines

Typical base compensation range depending on experience: $120,000 to $135,000 annual salary
