Responsibilities:

• Provide Hardware break/fix to Desktop and laptop
• Perform Software troubleshooting and install

Experience:

• Windows 10, MacOS IMAC (Install, Maintain, Add and Change)
• Hardware break/fix experience
• Software troubleshooting and install
• On-site Desktop Support Technician,
• Win10, hardware break/fix, software install/troubleshooting,
• Service Now, ticket management,
• Customer service skills.
• High School or GED

Skills:

• Desktop Support, Break/ Fix, Imaging, Refreshing

Education:

• High School or Equivalent experience
