Desktop Support Technician-Frankfort - TEKsystems

Description

TEKsystems is looking to fill a Desktop Support Technician position for one of our clients in Frankfort, KY. The positions are for onsite technicians that will work directly with end users. We are looking for knowledgeable, experienced technicians with great customer service skills. The candidates need to be experienced in desktop support: installation, troubleshooting, and repair/replace, in a primarily windows-based environment. The candidate also needs to have basic network troubleshooting skills.

 Excellent customer service and communication skills

 Computer equipment configuration, setup, and installation

 Experience in ticketing software (preferably ServiceNow)

 Ability to work under pressure

 Hardware and software experience

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00
