Responsibilities:
- Provides support to customers including installation, and servicing and repairing complex systems and equipment.
- Resolves customer problems in the areas of hardware/software installation, repair, upgrade and maintenance.
Experience:
- Software troubleshooting and install.
- Win10, hardware break/fix, software install/troubleshooting.
- Service Now, ticket management
- Customer service skills.
Skills:
- Desktop Support, Windows 10, Break/Fix, Ticketing, ServiceNow
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent experience
