Reporting to RC Manager, the Deposit Relationship Officer is responsible for managing the depository relationships with large sized corporate customers as primary depository officer. The Deposit Relationship Officer will closing on business promotion opportunities, accomplished by obtaining strong support from the Credit Lending Manager.

Reporting to RC Manager, the Deposit Relationship Officer is responsible for managing the depository relationships with large sized corporate customers as primary depository officer. The Deposit Relationship Officer will closing on business promotion opportunities, accomplished by obtaining strong support from the Credit Lending Manager.
Major Responsibilities:
- 40% - Develop and service depository relationship with large sized corporate clients. Sell cash management products, and increase profit which is generated from depository relationship. Monitor cash flows and make proposals which enable customer to increase cash flow 30% - Call on potential or existing customers. Interview customers and prospects to see where cash management services may be applicable, and explore other possible service applications. Provide cash management services to meet customers' needs. Follow the sales process through from initiation to close.

- 25% - Conduct research on customers' deposit transaction and prepare written proposals based on the Credit Lending Manager's instruction.
- 5%-Other duties and project as assigned by manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance/Economics or equivalent work experience required.
- In-depth knowledge of business and finance practices, international banking transactions, lending regulations & procedures, and marketing strategies.
- 3-5 years of experience progressively increasing responsibilities in marketing, treasury banking and commercial lending positions.
- Bilingual capability in Japanese and English with excellent communication skills with comprehensive knowledge of commercial lending concepts and principles as related to Bank products and services
