Position Summary:
As a Family Dentist, you will play a crucial role in our practice by providing comprehensive dental services to patients of all ages. You will be responsible for diagnosing and treating dental issues, educating patients on oral health, and ensuring a positive dental experience. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about dentistry, has excellent communication skills, and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive dental exams, diagnoses, and treatment plans for patients of all ages.
- Conduct preventive and restorative dental procedures, including fillings, crowns, bridges, and extractions.
- Administer nitrous oxide and local anesthesia as needed.
- Establish and maintain strong patient relationships through effective communication and education on oral health.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and support staff to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Stay current with the latest dental advancements and techniques.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Participate in community outreach programs to promote oral health awareness and education
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from an accredited dental school.
- Valid dental license to practice in the state of Arizona.
- Previous experience in a family practice setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with patients and staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
