This position offers a high-performance, commission-based structure from Day 1, giving you the ability to earn well above industry standards. After three months, a salaried option will be available based on performance. You’ll be selling our revolutionary 4-wave dental laser, a standout product in the dental technology space, giving you a clear edge in closing deals.
We are looking for hunters, closers, and relationship builders who are ready to make an immediate impact while earning top-tier commissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate relationships with dental professionals (e.g., dentists, orthodontists, and periodontists).
- Drive sales by conducting persuasive product demonstrations and highlighting the unique advantages of the 4-wave dental laser.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed aggressive sales targets.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through effective networking, cold-calling, and follow-ups.
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to position yourself as an expert in dental technology.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote Pro 1 Laser and generate high-value leads.
