What We Offer:

• Competitive Salary: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year, based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Make patients feel as comfortable as possible before and during their appointment.
• Conduct initial mouth screenings and assess both oral and medical health histories.
• Identify conditions like gingivitis, periodontitis, and caries.
• Perform thorough teeth cleanings and preventive care procedures (e.g., fluoride applications, plaque removal).
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices (e.g., demonstrating brushing techniques).
• Take digital x-rays and scans.
• Assist dentists in recommending appropriate treatments for dental conditions.
• Sterilize dental instruments according to health regulations.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and charts.

Requirements:

• Current active Massachusetts Dental Hygiene License.
• Experience with Dentrix software is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with patients.
• A team-oriented attitude and a passion for patient care.
