Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Scheduling

  • Schedule appointments efficiently and accurately for patients, keeping the office running smoothly.
  • Manage patient flow to minimize wait times and maximize office productivity.

• Treatment Plan Presentation

  • Assist in presenting treatment plans to patients, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their dental care options.

• Correspondence with Specialists

  • Coordinate with dental specialists to manage patient referrals and track follow-ups.
  • Ensure smooth communication between our office and external providers.

• Administrative Support

  • Manage patient intake, verify insurance information, and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Assist with patient communication, including reminders, confirmations, and follow-ups.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dental office, preferably in a front office scheduling role.
• Familiarity with Dentrix is a plus!
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor when interacting with patients.
• Experience with treatment plan presentations and managing correspondence with specialists is a plus.
