Are you looking for an opportunity to help others improve their oral health? As a Front Office Coordinator, you will deliver best-in-class patient care and focus on putting every patient first, every visit.
We are seeking a Front Office Coordinator to collaborate with our team to improve our patient’s dental health and smiles in our State-Of-The-Art practice.

Schedule:
You will be thrilled to know that we work 4 days per week (either Tuesday or Thursday off, set schedule), and NO WEEKENDS!
- Monday 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Tuesday 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Wednesday 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
The Front Office Coordinator II should
- Meet and greet our patients as our number one priority.
- Develop productive schedules.
- Demonstrate understanding of insurance benefits.
- Manage patient documents and records.
- Process and complete claim forms.
- Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.
- Some experience working in customer service roles
- Experience with Dentrix, Eaglesoft dental software, Curve or MacPractice
- Strong knowledge of Dental operations
- Strong technical expertise in dental insurance benefits
- Must possess a strong desire to meet performance standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
