Dental Assistant - Princess Dental Staffing

We are a thriving pediatric dental office dedicated to providing exceptional dental care to children in a friendly and comfortable environment. Our team is passionate about educating young patients on the importance of oral health while making their visits enjoyable.

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) / Dental assistant (DA) to join our pediatric dental team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and a genuine interest in helping young patients maintain good oral health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays)
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Provide oral health education and post-operative instructions to patients and parents
• Ensure patient comfort and manage anxiety during dental procedures
• Perform routine office tasks such as scheduling, record keeping, and patient follow-up
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Adhere to all safety and health regulations

Qualifications:

• Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification
• Dental Assistant (DA) certification
• Current CPR certification
• Experience in a pediatric dental setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach
