Salary: $110,000 - $135,000 per year

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead demand planning and forecasting efforts for all product lines, including imported, OEM, and in-house manufactured goods, to ensure alignment with corporate goals and supply chain strategies.
- Oversee the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, including forecasting, procurement, inventory management, and scheduling to support production, replenishment, and distribution of products across the supply chain.
- Manage logistics for imported products, ensuring efficient shipping and receiving processes from international locations to domestic warehouses and customer sites.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Production, and Logistics teams to optimize supply chain efficiency, balancing customer demand with production capacity to meet service level agreements while minimizing excess inventory.
- Develop and maintain master supply and demand plans by analyzing customer demand trends, sales forecasts, and historical data to drive decision-making for inventory planning and replenishment.
- Monitor and address supply chain disruptions, including product shortages and excess inventory, through effective mitigation strategies to minimize financial risk and operational impact.
- Facilitate and lead weekly and monthly S&OP meetings, presenting demand and supply forecasts, key performance indicators, and actionable insights to relevant stakeholders.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives within the demand planning process, leveraging statistical analysis, data-driven insights, and industry best practices to improve forecast accuracy and inventory optimization.
- Develop and present regular reports on demand forecast accuracy, inventory levels, and supply chain performance, making data-backed recommendations to improve operational efficiency and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with all corporate policies and regulatory requirements related to supply chain management, import/export processes, and vendor selection.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or logistics, with a focus on forecasting, procurement, and inventory management in the food industry.
- Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present insights to senior leadership.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and demand planning tools such as SAP, Kinaxis, JDA, or similar software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in S&OP, capacity planning, and supply chain optimization.
- Knowledge of import/export logistics, transportation management, and international supply chain regulations.
- Bilingual in Korean is preferred but not required.
