Position Overview:
We are seeking a high-agency, energetic Demand Generation Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing campaigns to generate leads, demos, and sales opportunities. This role will report directly to the CEO, but you will collaborate closely with our Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and sales team, working together to share wins and optimize lead generation strategies. Drivepoint is still very much a startup. The right candidate will be resourceful, scrappy, and embrace the idea that our product, strategy, and positioning is a constant work in progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive qualified leads and sales opportunities. You’ll take ownership of existing campaigns and programs and come up with new campaign ideas on your own.
- Lead Generation: Implement strategies to generate high-quality leads for our B2B SaaS products, particularly in the e-commerce and retail sectors. You’ll be expected to coordinate directly with our sales team to understand our best ICP fits and be comfortable working across the blurry line between demand generation and sales.
- Collaboration: Work in the Boston office 2-3 days a week to closely collaborate with BDRs and the sales team, fostering a team-oriented environment.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting tactics to maximize ROI and achieve monthly performance incentives.
- Tool Utilization: Utilize marketing tools such as HubSpot, Webflow, and others to manage and track campaigns.
- Relationship Building: Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with partners and vendors to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with our content production agency team to develop engaging and relevant content for campaigns, in addition to creating net new content on your own for distribution on social media and elsewhere.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in demand generation, preferably within B2B SaaS, e-commerce, retail, or related industries.
- Skills: Proficiency with HubSpot, Webflow, and other marketing tools. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
- Creative Ability: Comfortable writing copy and creating visual assets to support campaign work.
- Attributes: A strong self-starter with high agency, capable of working independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience.
- Performance Incentives: Additional monthly performance incentives worth up to 25% of the base salary.
