Key Qualifications:

• J.D. From an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice in New York State
• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, ideally in medical malpractice or personal injury/insurance defense (3-5 years preferred)
• Strong proficiency in legal research, analysis, and professional writing
• Excellent communication, organizational, and research skills

Job Type: Full-time preferred
Compensation: $100, 000 - $175, 000/year (based on experience)
