As a leading facilities services platform, we provide exceptional sweeping, facilities maintenance, and janitorial services. Over the next five years, we plan to expand aggressively in St. Louis and beyond, growing into multiple states through organic growth, technology adoption, and strategic acquisitions. We are seeking an energetic Shift Manager to oversee and inspire our day porter crew.
About the Role
As our Shift Manager, you’ll take on a leadership position that includes:
- Team Coordination: Ensuring employees arrive on time, assigning vehicles and routes, and monitoring progress throughout their shifts.
- Problem-Solving: Troubleshooting equipment issues at the start of the day and supporting employees during shifts.
- Quality Assurance: Visiting properties to inspect work, praising great performance, and coaching where improvements are needed.
- Route Management: Making sure all routes are completed efficiently and reassigning work as needed.
- Customer Collaboration: Occasionally meeting with customers to discuss expectations and advise on service needs.
- Proposal Preparation: Visiting job sites to prepare competitive bids and proposals.
- Talent Development: Training and supporting new team members and monitoring progress.

What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- A Class E driver’s license (or better) with a clean driving record (minimum 3 years driving experience).
- Strong leadership skill, including the ability to coach and train team members
- Strong navigation skills, including the ability to read maps and follow directions.
- Comfort working in all weather conditions.
- Basic proficiency with phone and computer-based applications.
While prior supervisory experience is preferred, it’s not required—bring your leadership potential and we’ll provide the support to help you thrive.
