Position Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing copies of checks and deposit slips that have been partially transcribed. Your primary task will be to verify the quality of transcription and make necessary edits or improvements to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify the accuracy of transcribed copies of checks and deposit slips.
• Identify and correct errors in transcription to maintain high-quality standards.
• Ensure all data entries are precise, consistent, and error-free.
• Collaborate with the team to report and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security protocols.

Requirements

• Strong keyboarding skills with a focus on speed and accuracy.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying errors.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with financial documents is a plus, but not required.
• A background check will be required.
