Data Migrations Specialist - Software Implementations - Bond-Pro Inc

This position is open only to candidates residing in Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Texas.  Relocation support is not available. 

The Role: 

You will support our product suite by translating market demands and clients' needs as they relate to data flows and conversions. Your duties will include gathering, analyzing & defining the requirements to include data sources, data fields, data mappings/transformations. 

Duties also to include addressing any relevant problems, performing standard testing, and chaperoning your assigned features throughout data conversion projects.  

Requirements: 

• 5+ years of demonstrable SQL skills.
• Experience working in IT groups within US commercial insurance or financial services industries.
• Demonstrable experience with enterprise-level data conversion/implementation projects. 
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or other customer-facing position.
• Excellent customer interface skills. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field. 
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tool to manage requirements in Scrum hybrid process.
