As a Data Management Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Design and develop compelling and professional PowerPoint presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to understand presentation requirements and translate complex ideas into clear, concise, and visually appealing slides.
- Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and design elements across all presentations.
- Create and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and process maps.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements through documentation and analysis.
- Work closely with subject matter experts to capture, organize, and present process-related information effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis, visualization, and interpretation within a business context.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Proficiency in data manipulation tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with a strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional presentation design skills.
- Translate complex concepts and data into visually engaging and easy-to-understand presentations.
- Experience in process documentation, including process mapping and SOP development, is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with business intelligence and analytics platforms.
- Experience and understanding of enterprise risk management
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) and Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is a plus.
