6 Months Contract

Our Client is looking for a Data Entry Clerk to assist with their Commercial Onboarding team. The position will mostly be dealing with sales tickets, i.e products to add, reviewing tickets and adding the correct tickets to the customers profile.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Review check image fraud suspects and accurately disposition for further review by the customer

· Review and complete sales tickets to ensure SLAs are met

· Add services accurately based off sales tickets to customer's accounts.

· Review daily reporting and updating tracking logs.

Qualifications:

· Customer Service experience

· Ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal business partners

· Ability to plan and prioritize workload to meet critical SLAs

· Ability to work under pressure with efficiency and accuracy

· Proficient in data entry

· Strong attention to detail
