Marathon TS is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Center (Linux) Lead to oversee the management and optimization of our Linux-based infrastructure.

Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Linux systems administrators and engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Linux servers in the data center, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
- Automation and Optimization: Implement automation solutions using scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, Ansible) to streamline operations and reduce manual workloads.
- Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Develop and maintain monitoring solutions to ensure system performance and availability; troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.
- Security Management: Establish and enforce security best practices, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Capacity Planning: Analyze current and future infrastructure needs, making recommendations for upgrades and expansions as necessary.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., networking, storage, application development) to support overall organizational goals.
- Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of systems configurations, processes, and procedures.
