Data Center Engineer - TS/SCI CI Poly at Piper Companies

Piper Companies is seeking an experienced Data Center Engineer - TS/SCI CI Poly is willing to work onsite in Herndon, VA. The ideal Data Center Engineer - TS/SCI CI Poly is a Linux expert who can multi-task in a dynamic environment with changing priorities both independently and in a team setting.

Responsibilities of the Data Center Engineer - TS/SCI CI Poly include:

• Secure compliance with NISPOM and ICD guidelines
• Perform routine network administration (installations, configurations, maintenance and troubleshooting) with Routers, Switches, Firewalls, etc.
• Manage and assist in the creation of System Security Plans (SSP) and Plan of Action and Milestone (PO&AM) documentation
• Assist with the accreditation process of the systems

Requirements for the Data Center Engineer - TS/SCI CI Poly include:

• 5+ years of Linux Systems Engineer experience (RHEL)
• Strong Python automation skills
• Strong AWS experience with S3 and Terraform
• DoD 8570 Industry Certification in one or more of the following: CISSP, Security+, CISA
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and obtain and maintain an Active U.S. Government TS/SCI CI Poly Clearance

Compensation for the Data Center Engineer - TS/SCI CI Poly include:

• Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 annually
