The Opportunity
Our organization is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Data Architect to join a new and growing organization. In this role, you will be responsible for all facets of technical design related to the delivery of technical solutions for our stakeholders. You will be responsible for overseeing all technical development for a specific track of work, working closely with the project team, program manager and delivery leader.
The Impact (Responsibilities):
Individuals in this role will work closely with the team, our business partners, and vendors to drive the work as it aligns to our strategies. The individual in this role will be expected to:
Be primarily accountable for the planning, strategy, identification, and articulation of the future state of technology across broad domains of IT and business.
Responsible for cultivating the support of financial and strategic decision makers in IT and business, actively disrupting the existing perspectives to drive competitive advantage.
The expectation includes executive presence and understanding which storytelling tools will convey the appropriate message to influence or prove alignment of IT with business objectives.
The role will drive innovation, make strategic decisions, and actively guide teams toward a future state consistent with the strategy.
End to end technical responsibility and coordination between different tracks, problem solving, code migration strategy. Engages with the various teams to identify technical gaps. Works with the Soln Architect to create the design. Documents the technical details of the solution and works with the various teams to explain what's needed and get sign-off. During execution, this person removes technical blockers and resolves issues between the teams

10+ years of development experience
Experience with Financial Administrative platforms (EIS preferred), document generation, integration(streaming), notifications(e-mail, txt)
Experience with cloud-based applications and upgrades
Experience with system integrations and administrative platforms
Comfortable working in ambiguity, capable of establishing and growing functions and teams from the ground up
