Role - Data Analyst - GCB Digital Scorecard
Rate - $62.96/HR on W2 (OT past 40 hours = $94.44/HR)
Duration - 12 Month Assignment (possible extension)
Location - Long Island City Queens NYC 11101
This is a data analyst, business analyst type role. Managing metrics and source data. Financial Services are not mandatory- just good analytical skills.
Job Description:
• Support the monthly GCB Digital scorecard process and production across KPIs.
• Work closely with global and regional teams to aggregate insights and explain the performance of key metrics vis-a –vis goals and expectations.
• Actively participate and contribute to developing new KPIs to measure performance and drive digital usage
• Leverage monthly data to identify and analyze trends, gaps/spikes/anomalies, key drivers, and opportunities for cross-regional sharing of learnings and best practices; correlate digital trends with omni-channel user behavior.
• Manage timelines for monthly/quarterly reporting.
• Ability to create global executive level summary reports, presentations to reflect Client's digital progress and opportunities.
• Identify impact of digital initiatives on digital customer behaviors and showcase resulting performance data.
• Respond to ad hoc metrics-related queries from across the organization as necessary
• Collate competitive insights on digital trends and benchmark our metrics against them and help identify areas of opportunities.
Objectives: To analyze the digital performance data and benchmark it against goals and competition, to understand drivers for growth and improvements.
Required Skills:
• A strong desire to learn
• Highly self-motivated individual that possesses a very strong intellectual curiosity
• Excellent communication and influencing skills. Ability to organize data and insights in a clear and concise way manner to drive business decisions
• Familiarity with analytical, reporting, business writing and project management skills
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required
• Disciplined and structured thinking
• Must have analytical background and experience managing/organizing information to identify trends and extract key conclusions
• Must be able to identify issues with the data and apply creative problem solving
• Excellent collaboration skills and ability to influence cross-functionally without direct authority
• Experience in developing and presenting insights with strategic recommendations/actionable next steps based on in-depth analysis to the account teams and clients
• Strong team player who naturally possesses selfless, amicable and supportive personal characteristics
• 3-7 years of related experience, ideally in digital, consumer packaged goods marketing or advertising areas
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Math or related field of study; or equivalent experience.
